A man from Whitehall is scheduled to appear in court today after being arrested on April 2nd on charges of murder.
Jeffrey Caudill, who is 44 years old, is charged with stabbing or slicingJessica Bird at her residence in Groveport, as per the police report.
Legal papers show that Caudill messaged a female, admitting to the murder, and also phoned a male to say he was responsible for Jessica's death.
