BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — Police stated that a woman has been accused of placing a brick adorned with a swastika emblem atop a Tesla vehicle parked on a Brooklyn street earlier this week.
The event occurred when a 38-year-old man left his car near 617 Ditmas Avenue approximately at 5:53 p.m. on Monday, as reported by the NYPD. His car was situated next to a substantial pile of trash bags.
The suspect, who had blond hair, reportedly placed a brick marked with a swastika, some litter, and a black garbage bag atop the Tesla before fleeing on a scooter, as shown by surveillance footage and confirmed by law enforcement officials.
There were no injuries.
No arrests have been made so far. The NYPD’s Hate Crimes Task Force is currently looking into the incident.
