BUFFALO, N.Y. ( WIVB The vice president of the Buffalo, New York branch of Bikers Against Child Abuse was apprehended on Wednesday for alleged sexual offenses involving children, as reported. state police .
John Todaro, aged 49 from Amherst, was reportedly discovered with child pornography as part of an Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. Authorities claim he was also sharing this material.
The police mentioned that Todaro likely had numerous chances to interact with children because of his position.
He faced charges related to promoting a child's sexual performance and possessing material involving such performances.
Todaro was let go on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to return to court in May.
