Sunny Isles Beach police were alerted to the residence on Monday following a call from Hill's mother-in-law, who moved in with the family in November, around the time of her granddaughter’s birth, as stated in the report.
According to the report, the mother-in-law informed the responding officers that Hill, who was 31 years old, exhibited aggressive and impulsive behavior, causing her concern for her daughter’s safety. She mentioned that Hill tossed a laptop onto the floor and seized his child before heading towards the balcony.
