SAVANNAH, Ga. (WTOC) — Authorities are looking into a shooting incident on North Fernwood Drive in the 2000 block that resulted in one fatality.
The authorities stated that they were called to the location around 3:10 p.m. on Monday afternoon. Upon their arrival, law enforcement discovered an unresponsive individual in front of a house; unfortunately, the victim passed away at the site.
The Chatham County Coroner’s Office has confirmed that the victim is Ahkeem Holmes, aged 31.
The police mentioned that they have pinpointed an individual of interest; however, they stated that the inquiry remains active. So far, no one has been arrested.
