China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi highlighted the importance of achieving a peaceful solution. He pointed out that the accord regarding Iran’s nuclear program stands as a significant accomplishment attained via diplomatic talks. Wang called upon all participating entities to refrain from heightening tensions and to reject the application of military action and economic penalties.
In the discussions, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi emphasized Iran’s dedication to utilizing nuclear technology for peaceable ends. He clarified that Iran’s nuclear initiatives have consistently aimed at non-military goals. Additionally, Gharibabadi condemned nations that instigate unwarranted tensions regarding Iran’s aspirations in the realm of nuclear development.
